We are a plastic contract manufacturer serving the semiconductor equipment, medical device, and industrial manufacturing sectors. Our first facility is located in San Jose, CA and was founded in 1976.
McNeal Manufacturing Technology is our Malaysian subsidiary, serving customers in Southeast Asia. It was incorporated in 2026 and is located in Frontier Industrial Park in Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru. We specialize in plastic machining, fabricating, and thermoforming.

Expertise in Plastic Machining
We provide milling, turning, drilling, threading, tapping, slots, flash, deburring, cleaning, bonding, assembly, testing and inspection for machined components. Some of the many plastic components that we frequently machine include multi-layer manifolds and retaining rings
Custom Fabrication Services
We provide conventional routing, plastic welding, mechanical joining, strip heat bending, bonding, complex configurations of formed and machined parts, and subassemblies. Some of the plastic components that we frequently fabricate include protective covers, doors, windows, plenums, and support housings.
Thermoforming Excellence
We provide our customer’s custom vacuum and pressure formed plastic components. We frequently thermoform components such as plenum, covers and trays, and bezels, out of a wide range of materials including ABS, polypropylene, PVC, polycarbonate, and Ultem.
